REFUND RETURN PROCESS

We will accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt.To return a product, you must complete a return form and submit it to our customer service team via email info@ivapeman.com. We will endeavour to contact you within 3-5 business days with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return the item.

In the event of a change of mind, you must bear the cost of receiving and returning the order, and the product must be returned to us in its original condition (including the original label, instructions for use, warranty and other hang tags) for a refund.

After returning the item, we will inspect your item and investigate any alleged defects or, where we deem applicable, provide a remedy for your item. If we believe the remedy is not applicable (for example, we believe the item has been misused or the defect/damage is not covered by the commercial warranty), we will deny your claim and return the item to you. You must pay return shipping in order to receive an item that we rejected at the time of inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to pay.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used at the time of purchase. Our goal is to process refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the original product, however this may take longer depending on your item and the number of returns in our system.

 

We take great care to ensure our merchandise is of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, we would like to help you solve the problem.
